Dolena Williams is the owner and founder of 2nd Chances Monitoring and has been providing professional visitation court monitoring services since 2006. She comes from a background in education, experienced in serving the community for over 17 years, and being a mother herself, she has the knowledge in this field and  a high success rate in walking custodial and non custodial parents through this process.
